MEGAFANCLUB MEMBER CELEBRATES 25TH BIRTHDAY WITH MEGADETH

I have been a fan of Megadeth since I was 10 years old or so and can still remember the first time I heard Holy Wars I was blown away. Anyways getting back to last night the best night of my life so far! I was extremely excited to meet my favorite band and to also celebrate my 25th birthday. As we waited to meet the band I met a few new people who also shared the love for metal and in particular Megadeth. So as we went in the stadium my anxiety started to rise and the meet was about to start. So Dave walked out in front first and I was thinking holy shit dude thats Dave in coming towards me! Then I saw Chris, James, and Shawn and I just started to think " I am sooooo lucky right now!" They asked me my name and how I was doing and I said " im Billy and dude you have no idea this is the coolest thing that has ever happened to me!!!" haha So now after shaking hands with everyone and getting in intro out of the way Dave asked do you guys have anything to have signed and I of course did! haha this was funny though because I had brought the back plate of my Dave Mustaine Sig angel of deth guitar and gave it to him.. He looked at it then looked at me then looked at it with a kinda " what the hell is this look?!?!?" I said Dave man it's from your Dean Angel of Deth guitar!! He looks at me and says "Ok cool man" then I said "dude that is the best guitar I have ever played" Dave replied "right on man." I also had a Megadeth flag I have up in my living room where I practice with me for the rest of the band to sign and when it was Chris's turn to sign I spoke up and said "Hey man can you write Happy Birthday??" Dave was like dude its your birthday? I said "ya man in like 4 hours" Dave then looked at Tracey and said he can we get him a beer? She said ya no problem so off she went to get me my 25th birthday beer with Megadeth!!! At this point I am on cloud nine, I mean I dont think there are too many people who have have this chance to have a beer on Megadeth! haha so then here I am standing in the middle of the room about to drink this beer and Shawn says "Hey its not "Blue" but it is beer I said "Hey man thats cool with me!" { Us Canadians love Labatt blue!} haha So dave is like ok now chug!!! haha I start chugin down this beer and Daves counting the seconds. haha I made 7 seconds. And then Dave gave me a birthday hug! At which point he says Happy Birthday buddy!

I was so happy and well not nervous anymore the band started to do the fan and band pics and then it was time for them to get get ready for there show! I would just like to say that if it wasnt for Megadeth Fan Club none of this would of ever happened!!! If your reading this and your not a member give your Rattlehead a shake!!! Get your membership! haha I should do promotions for Megadeth! Peace!!
