James LoMenzo has posted the following update on the Megadeth Forums: "Back at the studio today, Dave brought up some more killer riffs. Shawn's slamming down some really great Ddrum assult power (maybe, not enough china cymbal for my taste) and Andy's staying on top of it all. Surprising how quickly it's all going down. I've knocked in a few bass ideas, Dave's come up with a bunch as well and I'm delighted to see how well he actually plays the bass when he does, good instincts. Anyway, I'm looking forward to adding more of my two cents when we move into phase two which is to say, moving from the creation/demo phase to locking & loading the final tracks."
