Dave Mustaine's U.S. book-signing tour for his just-published autobiography, "Mustaine: A Heavy Metal Memoir" kicks off today (Monday, August 9) at Book Revue in Huntington, New York. The book-signing tour will see Dave appearing in 21 bookstores across the U.S. during the time that Megadeth is on the "American Carnage" tour.
