Dave Mustaine has issued the following album update: "I have just determined whilst listenening down to the songs that I have miscounted and we don't have the 13 that I thought we had, and that we only have 12 songs. I guess we had one song written down under two different names, and what a let-down. Either way, I was thrashing to this new stuff, and except the songs that are intentionally slower in certain parts, this is a rather jaunty little record."
