I read in several interviews that Dave Mustaine is trained in a certain Martial Art, however it never says which Martial Art?

I won't sting you my friend. To answer your question, Songham Taekwondo and Ukidokan Karate are the two Martial Arts that Dave has trained for. He trained under Sensei Benny "The Jet" Urquidez, and holds black belts in Songham Taekwondo and Ukidokan Karate.
