Filmed live at Obras Sanitarius stadium in Buenos Aires, Argentina on October 9, 2005. This is it kids, the ultimate Megadeth show! The DVD is a bare bones release from Image Entertainment. The video transfer presented in its 1.78:1 widescreen aspect ratio is excellent and features occasional split screens and constant head banging 'Deth songs. The DTS and 5.1 Digital surround sound of this concert are outstanding. The band rips through all 18 songs (including a rare performance of "I'll Be There"), one after another and their playing is crisp and precise. Megadeth are worshipped in Argentina and they played "That One Night" outside in front of a sea of fans. The crowd is into the concert right from the beginning and the band doesn't disappoint them. Get your hands on this, you won't regret it.

The earliest are "Peace Sells," "Anarchy in the U.K.," a cover of the Sex Pistols' tune, and "Hanger 18." After Megadeth's popularity grew in the early 1990s, their videos featured improved production values and boasted more highly regarded directors. Wayne Isham, who made a number of videos for hard rock and metal groups, directed "Symphony of Destruction" and "Train of Consequences." Liz Friedlander, another prolific and well-known video director, helmed "Trust."

This live performance is flawless and the sound is excellent. Filmed live in Phoenix (and b-roll footage in Tucson), Arizona, Megadeth kick it off with "Dread and the Fugitive Mind", where they show all the power and intensity that we saw through the TWNAH tour. The main menu gives you 19 songs to choose from where you'll see Megadeth the same way you may have seen during the TWNAH tour. The second menu contains 5 songs, which are in black and white, showing an "underground" sight of the same concert, with added interviews and studio footage.

It's kind of tough to find a copy of this video - not impossible, but pretty tough nontheless. Evolver takes us behind the scenes to witness the making of Megadeth's 1994 album, Youthanasia. The film, while seemingly recorded using low quality home video cameras, gives us a great view of Megadeth's groundbreaking 1994 album. The entire band simply oozes charisma and provide quite an entertaining show. The view of the recording process also brings to light a whole new respect for the "Youthanasia" album itself, and gives much more to the viewer than the average heavy metal VHS would! Among various tunes from Youthanasia being played in the studio, you can also hear "Vortex", a song that was later released on Cryptic Writings. There's the "Train of Consequences" video at the end. Evolver is a must-have for any fan of Megadeth!

While Exposure of a Dream contains no interviews or dialogue from the band, it contains some great videos including the very entertaining "Go To Hell" video, and highlights music videos from the 1992 album Countdown to Extinction. Exposure of a Dream is out of print, and was never released on DVD.

This series of videos comes from the bands early days up to the Rust In Peace period in their history. This is a re-release from the earlier VHS video and as such is just a copy of that. The first three songs are "Peace Sells", "Wake Up Dead" and "In My Darkest Hour". All have Dave Mustaine and David Ellefson giving insights into the recording of the videos. The fourth track is a cover of the Sex pistols "Anarchy In The UK". Finally ending with two of Megadeth's most classic songs of all, "Holy Wars...The Punishment Due" and "Hangar 18". This DVD version was only released in the UK.
