what is the name of the song and album that I can find, (portion of the song goes like this). "Hello me its me again" in the video he is in a straight jacket and cell. thanx for your help.

The name of the song is "Sweating Bullets", and it can be found on Megadeth's 1992 release "Countdown to Extinction".
