Well my dear Droogie, I'd like to know who this Vince Rattlehead bloke is that you speak of, the only Rattlehead that I have knowledge of is named Vic.

Vic is Megadeth's mascot, and he was created by Dave Mustaine. He is described in the song "The Skull Beneath the Skin", which is on the album Killing is My Business..and Business Is Good.
