5.17.2010 - Chris' Strings and Picks?

Hi Scorpion,

I have a question for Chris. Which strings he is using now in Megadeth and which gauges does he prefer? And also I wonder thichness of his pick.

Dave and Chris are awesome players, they inspire me alot. I can’t wait to see Megadeth live. Thanks.

Hi Tore, Chris uses Ernie Ball Slinky Strings, gauges 10, 13, 17, 30, 42, 52 (and 62 for the 7th string when standard tuned on his 7 string guitars). For picks, he uses Jim Dunlop 1.35 mm sharpie picks!
