11.23.2009 - Mercyful Fate?

I was just wondering. I saw in a very early interview, around the "So Far…" era that said Dave liked to listen to Mercyful Fate. I know that Dave recently became a born again Christian like myself, and I was wondering, because there is a heavy amount of Satanism in their lyrics, does he still listen to Mercyful Fate?

Dave replied to your question, "I really love the music of Mercyful Fate, I just don't like the lyrics." He also mentioned possibly adding them to the Megadeth Radio (http://www.megadeth.com/megadethradio/) playlist. "I am trying really hard to get through all of the other great bands before having to review controversial bands. I will get around to it."
