Megadeth was presented with gold plaques by EMI last night (Saturday, July 23) in Toronto, Ontario, Canada for the "Greatest Hits: Back To The Start" collection. Released in 2005, "Greatest Hits: Back To The Start" is the second greatest-hits album by Megadeth. The track listing for the set was largely the result of a poll on Megadeth.com, where tens of thousands of fans voted for their favorite songs to be chosen for the collection. Megadeth is confirmed to play the Hell and Heaven Metal Fest in Guadalajara, Mexico on Saturday, November 19, 2011. The full line-up for the festival and time of tickets sales are yet to be announced. The Hell and Heaven Metal Fest is currently the only open air metal festival in Mexico. The 'Big Four' 2011 European tour kicked off tonight (Saturday July 2) at the Veltins Arena in Gelsenkirchen, Germany. Megadeth and Anthrax joined Metallica on stage during their encore to perform Diamond Head's classic song "Helpless" with Megadeth's very own Dave Mustaine cranking out the guitar solo. Megadeth is confirmed to play the SWU Music & Arts Festival in Sao Paulo, Brazil on Monday, November 14, 2011. The full line-up for the festival is yet to be announced. Tickets go on sale Monday, July 11. SWU (Starts With You, or "Começa com você", in Portuguese) is originally a Brazilian sustainability movement, which organised the rock music festival SWU Music & Arts Festival.
