David Ellefson has posted a video blog online from outside a castle in which Megadeth performed at in Haapsalu, Estonia this past Friday, July 16. Megadeth wrapped up its 2010 European summer tour at Castle Rock in Estonia. The month-and-a-half long trek took the band through 26 countries playing festivals and headline shows, including seven "Big Four" shows with Metallica, Slayer and Anthrax. July 3, 2010 - TWO MORE MEGADETH SONGS ADDED TO NEW GUITAR HERO GAME
Megadeth's "Holy Wars...The Punishment Due" and "This Day We Fight!" have been added to the forthcoming Guitar Hero: Warriors Of Rock game, to be released September 28, 2010. Delivering the largest on-disc rock music set list to-date, Guitar Hero: Warriors of Rock features more than 90 tracks that include guitar shredding hits from bands such as Black Sabbath, Megadeth and Slipknot. July 2, 2010 - 'RUST IN PEACE LIVE' DVD TO BE RELEASED IN SEPTEMBER
The final night of Megadeth's historic month-long "Rust In Peace" 20th anniversary tour has been captured for the upcoming "Rust In Peace Live" Blu-ray, DVD and CD, due out September 7 on Shout! Factory. The concert was recorded at The Palladium in Hollywood on March 31, 2010 and was directed by Kerry Asmussen. The 80-minute DVD and Blu-ray will also include behind-the-scenes footage, including a rare glimpse of the band rehearsing in their dressing room as they prepare to take the stage.
