Mike Ross for the Edmonton Sun has posted a review about Gigantour in Edmonton last night (May 12): "...Instead, it was wholesome, empowering, healthy heavy metal music served up to 4,500 black T-shirt-clad metalheads, though it was still loud and contained many, many utterances of the word "motherf---er." Supported by four furious metal bands - Children of Bodom, In Flames, High on Fire and Job for a Cowboy - Gigantour was just as intense a show as any concert by any of the heathen atheist rockers, if there are any left. "Gigantour, which started in the summer of 2005, has quickly become Mustaine's way to bring new bands into the spotlight. Just announced: Megadeth is now confirmed to play two shows in Mexico this coming June! Mexican fans will now get their chance at a peice of Megadeth's 'Tour Of Duty' world tour! The band is scheduled to headline two shows; one in Mexico City on June 18, and another in Monterrey Nuevo Leon on June 21. Tickets will be available for purchase this week!
